Standard Delivery - orders may take 2-5 working days from the date of your order to reach you in Sweden and 5-25 days for international.
Express Delivery - orders may take 24-36 hours (work day) to reach you in Sweden and 3-10 working days for international. Where possible you will receive a tracking link.
Gift Cards - orders will be physically delivered to your address as above. If you need to use your gift card before it arrives, please contact us directly.
HotelEtail AB will appear on your bank statement for all online store transactions.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the original shipment and return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from HotelEtail.
Free shipping promotions can be revoked at any time, even after payment for products. We will contact you to either give you the option to pay for the full or partial shipping, or we will refund your order.
We use 3rd party companies such as Postnord to ship our products, sometimes postage is delayed beyond our control therefore we do not accept liability for lost or late deliveries.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
HotelEtail are responsible for the online retail services at the hotel.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 15 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn't used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us
